O atual governo brasileiro conseguiu fazer a reforma da previdência e começa a ensaiar 2 outras reformas importantes: Administração Pública e Tributária. A inflação segue baixa, ficando abaixo da meta, o emprego começa a crescer e a confiança melhora em vários níveis. As posições do ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes, são fortes, lógicas e coerentes. Nos demais ministérios, como Minas e Energia, Ciência e Tecnologia, Educação e tantos outros, estão bem dirigidos com pessoas sérias e competentes.
Nenhuma questão de corrupção foi colocada nestes primeiros 10 meses de governo que vem levando com determinação as tarefas que assumiram. O ministro da Justiça, sem apoio do poder político, porém, vem perdendo a batalha para combater os crimes de corrupção. O Supremo Tribunal Federal tem causado danos com combate aos políticos corruptos e aos empresários corruptores que tomaram o Estado Brasileiro de assalto nos últimos 24 anos com agravamento nos últimos 16. A Suprema Corte formada por pessoas comprometidas, em sua maioria, com os políticos que os indicaram estão tratando de garantir a impunidade dos que delapidaram os cofres públicos, os fundos de pensão dos funcionários das empresas estatais e as próprias estatais. A desfaçatez da Suprema Corte, além de usurpar as funções do executivo, impedindo nomeações e ações da presidência, também o fez com relação ao Congresso Nacional, legislando em matérias que são de competência da casa legislativa, que não se insurgem pois tem, seus membros mais corruptos, beneficiados da limitação que o STF tem às investigações e condenações.
Esta casa chegou agora ao absurdo de chamar a si as investigações, dar vereditos e punir, ocupando funções que não lhe correspondem, mas, desta forma inibe as ações dos juízes de níveis inferiores de exercerem suas funções. Esta insegurança jurídica tem freado a recuperação econômica e estimulado, com a certeza da impunidade, que os velhos corruptos voltem a sair a luz do dia, exigindo o final de seu encarceramento, e tratando de levar o Brasil a um novo caos econômico e social. A população elegeu um governo para levar adiante reformas e acabar com a impunidade, mas os não eleitos, que estão na Suprema Corte, não tem respeito pela probidade, tão desejada pela população que se sente traída em seus direitos a uma pátria honrada e progressista.
Após tantas manifestações feitas nas ruas, sem resultado prático, a população está amuada, entristecida e desmotivada. Há mais esperança no poder Divino, do que nos homens públicos da nação brasileira.
Brazil: Economy is good, but Justice is bad
The current Brazilian government has managed to reform the pension and is beginning to rehearse 2 other important reforms: Public Administration and Tax.
Inflation remains low, falling below target, employment starts to grow and confidence improves at various levels.
The positions of the Minister of Economy, Paulo Guedes, are strong, logical and sensible.
In other ministries, such as Mines and Energy, Science and Technology, Education, among others, they are well run with serious and competent people in charge.
No issues of corruption have been posed in these first 10 months of government, which has been carrying out its tasks with determination.
The minister of justice, without support from the political power, however, has been losing the battle to fight against corruption crimes.
The Federal Supreme Court has caused damage by fighting corrupt politicians and corrupt businessmen who have taken the Brazilian state by storm in the last 24 years and worsened in the last 16. The Supreme Court, made up of people who are mostly committed to their nominating politicians, is trying to secure the impunity of those who have stolen the public coffers, the pension funds of state-owned companies, and state-owned companies themselves.
The impudence of the Supreme Court, in addition to usurping the functions of the executive, hindering appointments and actions of the presidency, also did so with regard to the National Congress, legislating on matters that fall within the jurisdiction of the legislature, which do not argue because it has its members more corrupt, benefiting from the STF’s limitation on investigations and convictions.
This house has now reached the absurdity of bringing the investigations themselves for them to assess, giving verdicts and punishing, occupying functions that they are not responsible for, but, in doing so, it limits the actions of lower level judges to perform their duties.
This legal insecurity has halted the economic recovery and encouraged, with the certainty of impunity, that the corrupt old foxes come out again, demanding the end of their imprisonment, and trying to bring Brazil to a new economic and social chaos.
The population has elected a government to carry out reforms and end impunity, but the unelected Supreme Court has no respect for the probity so desired by the people who feel betrayed in their rights to an honorable and progressive homeland.
After so many street demonstrations, without practical results, the population is sulking, saddened and unmotivated.
There is more hope in Divine power than in the public men of the Brazilian nation.
