several areas in the Brazilian economy, such as industry, retail and logistics, in addition to
participation in, and management of, trade associations.
Cesar studied business administration, has held operational, tactical and
strategic, and today he is a business leader, always looking for, not just to be
efficient, but effective.
Winner of the business success award, given by companies and entities of
great importance such as: Gerdal Group, Sebrae, Fiep, ACP. US resident to
several years, where he has collaborated in business developments in Brazil and the USA,
investment work in the US has been highlighted.

Clímaco Feitosa
Clímaco Feitosa is an Information Technology and Innovation entrepreneur with over 28 years’ experience in the field. Graduated in Computer Science and post-graduated in Information Security, Partner and co-founder of ICSDCS Technology – Tampa-FL, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at iLand Technology Group, Chairman of Business Relationship of Partners of The Americas – Georgia Chapter, VP of Tech & Innovation at AMCHAM Recife, Member of OSAC (Overseas Security Advisory Council – Recife Chapter).

Evaldo B do Amaral
International banker with extensive experience in managing large projects and
specialization in Operations, Administration, Technology and Development of
Products.
Evaldo has 45 years of service in senior vice president positions in the sectors
regional and global Citibank/Citicorp/Citigroup.
Strong leadership and project management skills with proven success in developing and implementing major service quality improvement and cost reduction programs at the national, regional and global levels.

Marçal Borborema
Specialist in technology and internationalization with 28 years living in the USA. He has held leadership positions in technology companies in the USA and Brazil. He also acts as an investor and manager in two printing equipment and ink distribution companies.
He has experience in logistics operations, channel and customer development, marketing and communication strategies. He has an academic degree in Marketing from ESPM-São Paulo and an extension diploma in International Business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Osmar Gonçalves
Osmar is an executive with over 40 years’ experience in people and business management. Former IBM executive after 30 years where he held management positions as Territory Manager; Regional Manager; Country Channel Manager (Brazil); Business Unit Executive; Executive Services Brazil; Business Director for Latin America and Director of Global New Business, based in New York.
Osmar’s academic background includes: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Master’s Degree in Coaching from Florida Christian University – USA; Specialization in Business from Churchill College, Cambridge University UK, among others.

Gerson Furtado
Born in Rio de Janeiro, he lived in the USA for 45 years and currently lives in Campinas, SP.
Administrator in the companies ChaRich Exportação, Ltda, Rio de Janeiro, AMC New York, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales.
Specialist in the Immigration Sector and lecturer on Exports and Immigration.
Retired by the American government (Capitol Hill).
Apprentice in various areas at OxfordUSA, expecting to graduate in 2033.

Paulo Ornela
Paulo Ornela has a postgraduate degree in Retail (USP), an MBA in Business Management (UFRJ), an MBA in Sales, Marketing and Value Generation (UNIBTA) and a Master’s degree in Communication (UFPA). Specialized in Retail and Brand and Franchise Management, he has 18 years of experience as a multi-franchisee in Brazil, and also works as a Franchisor and Brand Manager.
A former professor at the Federal University of Pará, he has worked as an entrepreneur and manager in the education sector. He has lived in the United States for 11 years and currently, in addition to being a retailer and franchisor, he develops brand development projects, builds franchise networks and leads marketing and sales activities.

Patrícia Portugal da Silva Benfica has a degree in Tourism and Law, with several specialties in the legal field. She has extensive experience as a university professor in Brazil. He is currently working on his Portuguese citizenship.

Angela Bretas
Angela Bretas is a writer with more than 10 published books, a poet, a multimedia journalist and a graduate in Broadcasting from City College in Fort Lauderdale, USA.
For more than a decade she worked as a researcher (head of research) for an American multimedia company (AsSeenonTV).
For two decades he was a columnist in Portuguese-language newspapers for the Brazilian colonies in the USA.
She has won numerous literary awards and titles abroad, including being the pioneer in creating and coordinating anthologies with Brazilian immigrants abroad: Brava Gente Brasileira em Terras Estrangeiras – Vol I & II.
